Most institutions are fully live in 4–6 weeks. The majority of that time is configuring your articulation rules and integration settings. Our team does the heavy lifting — your evaluators typically need only 2–3 hours of training before they're self-sufficient.
We have native integrations with Ellucian Banner, Workday Student, PeopleSoft Campus Solutions, Jenzabar, and Colleague. If your SIS isn't listed, contact us — our API integration layer can typically support custom connections within the standard implementation window.
During onboarding, your Customer Success Engineer works with your registrar team to map your existing articulation agreements, equivalency tables, and program requirements into the rules engine. The AI applies those rules — it doesn't invent them. You stay in full control.
Pricing is institution-specific, based on your annual transfer evaluation volume and SIS integration complexity. We don't believe in one-size-fits-all pricing for higher education. Book a demo and we'll send you a transparent, itemized proposal within 48 hours of our discovery call.
Yes. TC Evaluator is FERPA-compliant. Student data is encrypted in transit (TLS 1.3) and at rest (AES-256). Role-based access controls ensure only authorized evaluators can view student records. We never use student data to train our AI models.
